Interactive HIPAA is an extremely thorough program that’s easy to understand. The program guides you through the compliance process, step-by-step. The program is divided up into 20 separate modules that allow you to work through all points of security and privacy at a reasonable pace. Three instructional videos are included in the software to further clarify how to interact with our program. You will review the language of each required element of the privacy regulation, and either edit or delete the language so that it is more applicable to your facility’s set-up.
Upon completion of this process you will be able to print out two highly customized compliance manuals, complete with all necessary patient and administrative forms, and your Compliance Verification Report.

**Before you begin, please print out the State Law information section and refer to this throughout the customization process. Compare your state laws to the HIPAA regulations and apply the most stringent applications of the law to your policy manual.
After you have customized the HIPAA information for your facility:
- Print it out and place each chapter in your Policy and Procedure binder behind the appropriate tabs. Place the Administrative forms in it’s binder.
- Your Privacy Officer should begin training the Doctor and/or staff individually or as a group.
